that will enhance the wellness of the participants.

Presenter Sarah Conte has been in the health and fitness industry for over 15 years now and has her own story & struggles of accepting her body image which brought her confidence to a holt & her self esteem hit rock bottom.

With her recovery she shares her story to others to make them realise that they are more than the number on the scales and to reset their mindset to have a more positive life.
